Our Products

We sell luxury car charm diffusers and related accessories. We try to make our product photos and descriptions as accurate as possible, but slight variations (like colour, due to screen differences) can occur. Prices are listed in AUD.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy, which we can accept or decline. Payment is required in full at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Shipping

We ship Australia wide and internationally. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, as they depend on the courier. Once your order is delivered to the address you provided, it's your responsibility — so please double check your shipping details before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply and can't be excluded by these Terms. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

To make a claim, email us at admin@princessblvrd.com with your order number and a description (and photos, if the item is faulty) and we'll sort it out.

Website Use & Content

Please don't use our website for anything unlawful, or try to copy, resell, or misuse our content, photos, or branding — it all belongs to Princess Blvrd.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Princess Blvrd isn't responsible for indirect losses relating to your use of the site or our products. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
